- Preparation of a Project Procedures Manual
- Hydro-chemical and bacteriological survey/ investigations
- Preparation of additional studies including social-economic, technical and environmental surveys
- Review all contractual documents and issue released for construction drawings
- To appoint a special group for WWTP in order to monitor the construction and work process of WWTP
- Supervise, inspect, measure and control the quality of the construction of the works and the installation of equipment
- Monitor actual implementation progress of contracts against both contract and overall planned project activities, and accordingly prepare/monitor/update computerized project schedules.
- Convene and/or attend all meetings required to manage and carry out the services
- Conduct project coordination meetings with Client on a monthly basis to review the project schedule.
- Prepare all quarterly and other reports required for the project
- carry out the Environmental Assessments and etc.
